Making an incident report is a serious action. YEG Dancer will not tolerate intentionally false or misleading reports. By filling out this form, you verify that all information you provide is true to the best of your recollection and that an investigative process may result in serious outcomes.

We understand that memories are not always perfect, especially when fight-or-flight responses are involved. We want to hear from you even if you can’t remember every detail.

The information you submit here may not be reviewed immediately. If you are or believe you are facing a life-threatening emergency or an imminent threat of bodily harm, please contact your local police or emergency responders instead (usually 911).
